Bartolome & Briones was founded in 1990 in Barcelona and, since 1993, has also maintained an office in Madrid, operating seamlessly from both cities. The firm provides specialized legal advice in tax law, corporate law, and international tax, serving both national and multinational companies. In 1997, it established a representative office in Buenos Aires, Argentina, aimed at supporting Spanish companies with their operations in Latin America. This office was relocated to Miami in 2004, from where it continues to provide legal and tax advisory services to clients with interests in Latin America and the United States.
